by Harley R.Very nice view and location. We were able to keep our boat in the water all weekend but it needs to be anchored firmly as there are waves from boat traffic. Even if you don't have a boat, you can swim all day at the beachfront. We even set up a tent with chairs and brought down food and beverages.
Family of 11 had a great stay. I wouldn't recommend any more than 11 persons though. We almost invited another family and glad we did not as we would not have had the space. House could use some updates. However, it had everything we needed especially cookware and utensils. Bring your own ice as the refrigerators do not produce ice.
Air Conditioning worked GREAT! Very glad about that since temps were over 100 all weekend.
We loved that the kids could sleep in the guest house while adults stayed in the main house. That's a great feature.
