Enjoy private river access, a community pool and hot tub, and an unbeatable location close to downtown, tubing, and Gruene! This unit does not have a river view.

This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The open living and dining area is perfect for relaxing after a fun day on the river, complete with a fireplace and flat screen Smart TV.
