Great location!

We had a great time and the access to the Comal and Schlitterbahn was amazing. The only thing I wish it would have said is that it's impossible to sleep on the bottom bunk of bunk bed if you are over the age of 5. There isn't much space between the top and bottom bunk.

Cousins weekend on the river

Our family vacation tubing down the Comal River was made complete with our stay at Camp Warnecke. Our room was nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. We literally walked across the street to enter Schlitterbahn.

Great experience

Very convenient location, able to walk to Schlitterbahn. The condo pool on site was good. Close to downtown restaurants, would be walkable except it happened to be 100 degrees. Cute unit.

Wonderful

I loved this condo. It was very clean and in a very convenient location. It was nice to be able to walk to the river access in less than 2 minutes, float for 45 minutes, and end up at the properties private access point. It is perfect if you have small children that might not be able to float the entire river or if you want to avoid the rapids. We will definitely be back.

Just like home!

This rental is our best yet! The condo was VERY clean, the amenities listed were on target with everything you will need, and great location with easy access to anything in Gruene and New Braunfels. Restaurants and shopping galore within close driving distance. We were provided with excellent customer service. They would respond to any communication in a timely manner. Easy check in and check out. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Rental!

This was a great rental! The unit was comfortably furnished and had all basic supplies included. Beds were comfortable, but a bit noisy when moving or turning over. Overall the complex is in a great location and we enjoyed the stay.

Nice location

This property was in a great location. The staff was incredibly accommodating. Everything was as advertised.

As a pack8ng tip: I would recommend bringing a stereo or speaker as there were none in the unit, nor was there a music channel on cable. Additio ally there there no spices or oils for cooking. So you must bring your own salt, pepper, and cooking oil.
Lastly, while the beds were comfortable.... they were incredibly loud and squeaked a lot

We love to do all that we can to ensure our guests have a perfect vacation. We think that those packing tips are great recommendations! We are not allowed to provide any sorts of perishables such as salt, pepper, coffee, or cooking oil for legal reasons so it is very important for our guest to bring their own if they plan on cooking at any of our properties. We are glad that the beds were comfortable, but we have not had any other guests tell us about them being squeaky. We will make sure to have this checked out by our maintenance staff to see if there is anything we can do to remedy the issue. Great location

The rental is a short drive form anything we did in the New Braunfels area, it was a short two block walk to the convention center. The beds were comfortable, It was clean and fully stocked with anything a person could need to cook with. The keyless entry was nice with not everyone coming and going at the same times and made checking out great(no keys to return, just load up and leave. I would stay here again if I return to the area.

River Getaway

The Condo appeared great in the pictures, and looked even better in person. The owner has done a great job decorating and it was extremely clean.
The property was a great location on the Comal and we really enjoyed the use of the grounds.
The only problem we had was with the upstairs neighbor. They left in the evenings and their dogs would howl and cry for hours until their owners would return in the late hours(after midnight). The first night was worse and we didn't get much sleep. They were also particularly noisy upstairs during the day as well. This may well be an isolated incident as I do not know if the occupants upstairs were owners or renters.

Schlitterbahn base of operations

Stayed here solely to spend a couple of days at SB, so review based on how it worked for us in that regard . Great location right out the far end of the Masterblaster park and down the street about 1/2 block . Easy access for breaks, lunch, naps, and close enough to let teenagers go back and forth by themselves . Very nice condos with nice furnishings. Comfortable beds . AC worked great. Pool average but sufficient for the kids who want in the water before SB opens or want more swimming after it closes . River access not much to speak of . Will definitely be on my list for next years trip .

First time to New Braunfels

We had a wonderful time. The property managers were awesome. The a/c unit wasn't working when we got there. They had it repaired with in an hour. Really enjoyed being able to walk to Schlitterbaun and avoid trying to find a parking spot. All in all we were very please and want to thank Brittany for all her hard work to make sure our stay was everything we hoped for.
