2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Inverness Condominiums that is next door to Schlitterbahn and on the Comal River. Beautiful large deck, a pool overlooking the river and direct river access!! It has hardwood floors, a new 43" flat screen, internet, and everything you need for that vacation get-a-way. The dining table seats six. Newly painted and new bedding in both rooms. There is one Queen bed, one brand new King bed, and a brand new sofa sleeper. High quality linens are provided for beds and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with a standard drip coffee maker and Keurig. The condo has dedicated parking and a beautiful pool right on the River. It has a large wood deck with tables and chairs and a long grassy waterfront with grills and picnic tables. River access as well. You are sure to have a great time!

Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness Condos between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only .5 miles away.
You are provided 2 parking passes, one for a numbered covered spot and a second for general parking. This condo is on the third floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. You will receive 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!

Family Getaway

Great Location!! We could put our tubes in right by the pool and then float for about an hour and 1/2 and then it would take us like 5 mins to walk back home after we got out at the last take our point. Condo was very clean and it located across the street from Schliterbaun. Would definitely stay here again!

Great trip with friends!

We love staying at these condos. We have stayed in several different ones at Inverness but the wine and dine 309 has been our favorite. Very comfortable, with everything you need. The river was great and there is no better location on the river. Easy to float, easy to walk into town, easy to have a cookout for dinner. See ya next summer comal and #309!

Great location!

The condo was very nice & clean. The location was convenient to everything especially the simple 2 block walk to catch Rockin S Shuttle bus that took us a couple miles to rentals, then floated Comal and property halfway point thru float made it easy to exit the water with stairs to property, grab quick lunch, then resume float. The only downside was under ground parking, very hard to navigate in/out around huge concrete beams. We parked in adjacent lot but very limited spots, go quick.

Beautiful location

We came to the river for a quick few days stay with the family. It was fabulous. The condo was in great condition and close to everything that we needed. All the essentials were provided. We did find a few ants and a large water bug, but we are on the river, so I guess that wasn’t a big surprise. The condo was quiet and we felt secure. They do have security guards on site during the weekends, which was nice. The location is right on the river which made it an easy exit after tubing from upstream. We even stayed by the river on lawn chairs while the kids jumped in and played. The area was beautiful. We’ll definitely be back.

Clean, great location, you can jump in the Comal and float and loop, then walk back 2 blocks and do again! Schlitterbauhn was right across the street! You can even walk to the downtown area!

Fall Family Fun

My husband, son, daughter-in-law, granddaughter, and I stayed the weekend in New Braunfels. It was a wonderful weekend. The weather was gorgeous and we enjoyed the short walk to the downtown area for lunch and shopping. The location was beautiful and the townhome had everything we needed. Great place for families

Labor day escape! The condo was very clean and had great access to the Comal and great restaurants. The over flow parking was close by, but be super careful parking in the lot- spaces are small but manageable. Security guards did a great job helping us navigate the property and managing the Labor Day crowds.

1 Week of Water Fun @ Schitterbahn Or Floating down the Comall

We are season pass holders of Schlitterbahn & this property is in the perfect location. Each morning I would drive my vehicle in the Park 3 parking lot at around 9:30 right near the front entrance and walk back to the unit, have breakfast and wait for my family to be ready go. We then would make the short walk to Park 3 thru the Season pass entrance and pick out our spot for the day. Since my car was parked by the main entrance I would simply go get my cooler & beach bag from the car & bring it into the park, saving myself from having to lug all our stuff from the apartment to the park. Also the pool was great at the unit & we could also float the Comal River & get off at the apartment. All the guests I met at the unit or pool were friendly & enjoyable to talk to. I plan on booking again next year.

Great escape

3 days in New Braunfels...We needed a quick weekend spot and we lucked out with the property.. Super convenient property to all amenities including floating the comal and shlitterbahn as well as food/drink/shopping. The property was super easy to access and clean and conformable for myself and 3 children. The property management team was super helpful as well. We will be coming back for sure.

Lovely Condo - Great Location

The condo was lovely and in a great location to the river and to the town square. My only comment would be that the extra fees added to the cost were more than 50% of the nightly rental fee. My cost went from $160 a night for 2 nights to $260 a night for 2 nights.

Great condo in a great location

This is a great place if you want to really dive into the different water attractions in New Braunfels. It's a 2-3 hour float from the Camal park entrance up to your private condo exit. Then Schlitterbahn is only a 3 minute walk to the park. Will definitely be coming back.

River tubing with family

How can you not have a good time when you are tubing on the Comal with your family. Our accommodation were clean and nicely furnished. Staying on the west side of the building was warm in the afternoon, but we learned to close the blinds.....added a fan......and it was much better. Staff at NBE was very friendly and helpful. Would have liked more parking spaces, but that is the HOA that regulated that, not NBE. Thanks again NBE

Nice Property, Kitchen Lacking

The overall property was a great spot for relaxing and enjoying the river. The condo was nice with comfortable furniture. The only thing missing was some general kitchen supplies that would have been nice, such as a cookie pan or a larger pan for making food for a larger group. Most condos I've been to had at least coffee filters and salt&pepper, but this one had none, and we had to use grocery bags for trash since the room only had 2 trashbags for the whole weekend. Little things like this could have made a big difference. The bathroom soaps were great though! We really enjoyed our overall stay.
