This listing includes all 4! You will have the property to yourselves. Perfect for family vacations, family reunions, corporate retreats, girls weekend getaway, fishing trips, bachelor/bachelorette parties, special events and much more! Multiple fire pits near the pool can be used by all guests on site. Pull up a chair, get the fire going and enjoy roasting some hot dogs or delicious smores. The inground pool and is the ultimate relaxation after a long day. Take in the sunsets while enjoying a beverage and listening to the waterfall feature from the hot tub. And best of all you can bring your fur friends!! This property allows 8 pets under the 40 lbs., $25 per day per dog. Dogs must be on leash when outside.

This luxury oasis combines natural beauty with practical accommodations. Only a short 10-minute drive to dining, shopping and the fun nightlife that New Braunfels has to offer. You'll find America’s Favorite Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Gruene Hall and Gruene Historic District, Wurstfest, Landa Park, Landa Park Golf Course and the Comal River tube chute. 10 minutes in the other direction you will find the famous “Horseshoe” on the Guadalupe River and Canyon Lake. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must stay at the property. Renters ID and Credit card will need to be provided and verified upon arrival. This home has a maximum occupancy of 40 guests. This home has room for 12-14 vehicles no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This home allows 8 dogs under 40 lbs., $25 per day per dog. Dogs must be on leash when outside. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $3000.

Great family reunion!!

We rented this property to have a family reunion with over 32 adults and kids. The large fenced in property with multiple houses worked well for our group. One house had an area large enough so we could all get together for or evening meals and games. Outside areas were great for kids to run around and play games. Several houses lost water one morning but management was quick to get someone out to fix it and was resolved in several hours. If you have a large group this property should work great for you. would definitely stay here again!!!

Family Reunion

This property was great for our family reunion. We could all be in the same place without being stacked on top of eachother! The kids/grandkids had a blast in the pool/hot tub while us adult spent some time by the firepit. We will be coming back the next chance we get.

Family Getaway!
