Multiple fire pits near the pool can be used by all guests on site. Pull up a chair, get the fire going and enjoy roasting some hot dogs or delicious smores. The inground pool and is the ultimate relaxation after a long day. Take in the sunsets while enjoying a beverage and listening to the waterfall feature from the hot tub. And best of all you can bring your fur friends!!
This luxury oasis combines natural beauty with practical accommodations. Only a short 10 minute drive to dining, shopping and the fun nightlife that New Braunfels has to offer. You'll find America’s Favorite Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Gruene Hall and Gruene Historic District, Wurstfest, Landa Park, Landa Park Golf Course and the Comal River tube chute. 10 minutes in the other direction you will find the famous “Horseshoe” on the Guadalupe River and Canyon Lake. Only 7 minutes to Whitewater Amphitheater. The only thing missing is you!

This rental includes the main house and detached guesthouse. Sleeps 10 very comfortably.
The main house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen and living room/dining area.
The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Guest bathroom with tub/shower combo is convenient to both rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Great covered porch for relaxing and watching wildlife. Charcoal grill.
Just a few steps away is the guesthouse. Studio with 2 twins and a queen bed in the loft. Full bathroom with a walk in shower.
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must stay at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This home has room for 3-4 vehicles no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This home allows 2dogs under 40 lbs., $25 per day per dog. Dogs must be on leash when outside. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

Spring break getaway
First time at the sweet annie. The house was comfortably big and the casita was perfect. Everything we could think of was provided! The front wrap patio was perfect for morning coffee.
The kiddos loved the little patio for what they called a "secret garden"
The pool was the biggest attraction for the kiddos. We even enjoyed the hot tub. The distance to neighbors was at a comfortable distance.
It was secluded enough we honestly felt we were somewhere else!
We absolutely loved the set up of the house and enjoyed the extra space we casita provided.
We definitely enjoyed all the outdoor space here as well with the BBQ pit set up. Overall all my guests loved the family time spent here.

Stay at Sweet Annie - Really Sweet!

We had a wonderful time at the Sweet Annie. There was some issues and the agency responded quickly. There is inadequate out door lighting. If we had been aware, we would have brought flashlights. The trip from the main house to the casita was very dark. The lights at the gate were not working, so returning at night was somewhat difficult. We had a severe drop in temperature on our last day and night. There were no blankets to be found. Even with those minor inconveniences, we would definitely recommend this unit to families and friends for a getaway.
If we are back in the area, we would consider returning to this property. We have even discussed renting this one and maybe one of the other units in the compound for family.
Our stay was relaxing and the table was large enough for all of us to eat together and play games.

Great house. Lots of character
Great home with a casita next door. Love that it felt private even though there are other small vacation homes on the property. House was clean when we arrived with plenty of linens for our family of 4. Having access to the casita with a full restroom was nice because the main house only had one full bathroom . Would definitely book again!

Long weekend in New Braunfels

We had such a good weekend with this rental property. The property “Sweet Annie” with a casita. It is in a small compound setting with a bordering fence all the way around all the 4 houses. It is right off of 306, but that really wasn’t an issue. The pool is nice, as are the grounds. The management company personnel were very good on communication and were always polite and responsive. I would recommend this property, but more specifically the New Braunfels Escapes management company for rentals in this area.

Kids enjoyed having separate quarters detached from the main house. Older home very well kept, loved the screened doors and porch. Community pool provided hours of enjoyment, great value.
