Welcome to River Run Condos which are located on the Comal River directly across from the Landa Park Golf Course. This beautiful newly painted 2/2 condo on the 2nd floor with covered parking and an elevator is the perfect place to spend the weekend! The balcony has a view of the river, and guests have direct access to the river from the property. There are three tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. A beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, and picnic tables are all located by the river. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a futon, guest bedroom has a queen, and a brand new beautiful sofa sleeper. There is also a newly remodeled en suite bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower that is handicap accessible.
Also available for guests are two parking spaces, elevator access to the unit, and free Wi-Fi. Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located on the garage level under this unit.
Nearby Attractions: The Prince Solms Tube Chute is a ten minute float down from River Run. There are three tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. Other attractions are just a short drive away. Landa Park has a public golf course, a miniature golf course, paddle boats, a miniature train, large spring-fed swimming pool, and plenty of picnic areas. Schlitterbahn Water Park is also very close and allows visitors to park free and bring in their own coolers. Downtown New Braunfels is within walking distance, and the town of Gruene is a ten minute drive. San Marcos, a twenty minute drive from River Run, has two large outlet malls. Austin is a 45 minute drive, and San Antonio is a twenty minute drive. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. This condo is on the second floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. You will receive 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands (max amount allowed).No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!
WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact New Braunfels Escapes for pricing details. This property is $1550 per month, Dec-Feb, March is $1750. 1 dog under 40 lbs. allowed at an additional rate of $100 per month.

Great location but!
by Brianna S.The rental (condo) itself wasn’t the best! The furniture was hard, The couch had boards under the cushions which made it kinda hard but not to bad, the beds on the other hand were really hard thankfully they had a foam mattress in the master closet that I but over the master king size bed ( loved the size of the bed ). The condo stayed HOT because the AC setting would only let you turn it down to 69 degrees which during the day was fine but at night it was hard to sleep!!!! Something I really loved was they did have dishes, pots & pans and utensils there so the things I forgot to bring they had there. The location was ideal for my family because Texas tubes is just right outside the fence and the kids loved the pool plus being able to was right in to the comal river!
