Great 2/2 condo at River Run Condominiums is great for relaxing after a fun day in on the river. Top floor - no overhead footsteps! New premium bedding for a good night's sleep. The leather sleeper sofa has extra foam topper and/or air mattress, new leather recliner. Fully equipped kitchen with extra seating at island and Keurig Coffee Maker and Regular Drip Coffee Maker. Flat screen TV with built-in DVD. Bring your favorites or enjoy ours. Cushioned balcony furniture invites you to sit awhile and view the beautiful Comal River! Shaded all morning and most of afternoon. Ceiling fans in living area and both bedrooms! The balcony has a view of the river, and guests have direct access to the river from the property. A beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, and picnic tables are all located by the river. Master bedroom has a King size bed and a futon, guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. Two full baths. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. Newly redone floating wood tile floor throughout the condo.

River Run Condos are located on the Comal River directly across from the Landa Park Golf Course. There are three tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. Also available for guests are two parking spaces, elevator access to the unit, and free wi-fi. Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located on the garage level under this unit. Free wi-fi. Elevator access. No smoking - not even on the balcony. No Pets. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

Nearby Attractions: The Prince Solms Tube Chute is a ten minute float down from River Run. There are three tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. Other attractions are just a short drive away. Landa Park has a public golf course, a miniature golf course, paddle boats, a miniature train, large spring-fed swimming pool, and plenty of picnic areas.This condo is on the third floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. You will receive 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!

Fun in the Sun

We absolutely enjoyed our stay from the ease of checking in, it was spotless & beautiful and an open line of communication via text for our needs or questions . One futon was a tiny uncomfortable but within minutes we were brought a self inflating air mattress (which did the trick) We wo I’ll be back & I highly recommend! Thank you so much!

Only thing about the condo is when you have a group of 8 coming two rolls of toilet paper is not enough. Also need to have more bath towels with that many people staying in one place other then that we always like coming and tubing the river every year!

Check in was easy, property was just as it claimed to be, every thing we needed for out stay ie. bath towels, kitchen linens, trash bags, blender, etc all present and ready use. The property was clean and well taken care of with friendly staff. Any time I had a question or concern, staff was just a text away. I will be staying with NBE in the future and I will be recommending them to my friends. Whether, you are floating the River, laying by the pool or just hanging out on the property, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic Stay on the Comal

Rental is in the perfect location between two tubing companies that are with in walking distance. Being able to be on the river front was relaxing and made it super easy to float the entire week we visited. Elevator and carts to help get our belongings up to our rental were super helpful. The rental was clean and fully stocked on everything needed to cook in the kitchen with plenty of towels for all of our guests for showering. Plenty of hot water for one shower after the other as well. Beds are comfortable as well as the couch and recliner in the living room. There are extra blankets throughout the house as well. The only thing I didn’t care for was the AC cannot be turned lower than 69 degrees and it gets pretty hot on the top floor especially after being in the sun all day but we brought a couple fans to help circulate more air. Overall our stay was fantastic and very enjoyable, we will certainly be back again.

Great place and clean

The place was great and very clean. The rooms had nice comfortable beds and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Parking was very easy, but we did have to walk up four flights of stairs.

Excellent Location and Nice Stay

The location was wonderful and although COVID 19 had an impact on the town, we still had a wonderful time. Condo was in good shape, nicely decorated, great AC and pretty view. Pool was nice and access to river was easy. In fact we were still able to float (in our personal tubes) to the river chutes and get out and walk back.
The only thing I would like to see is a little more security among the guests - quite a few overly intoxicated and smoking non legal options which wasn't the best for the family environment and kids I had with me.

Would definitely return to RRC 305 2/2. Meet all our expectations. Was exactly as picture on website. Very nice and clean. Didn't have to leave for anything river was located right off the condominium. Had no problems with management as stated on previous reviews. Only down fall was mother nature, rained during the 4th July and didn't get to see fireworks.

Love this place!

We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place. It felt like home. Perfect location for floating the river. It's at the beginning of the Comal so you don't have a lot of tubers floating near your area of the river. It was so relaxing. No loud noises or crazy people. Such nice touches in the condo itself. One of the Best!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Riverpalooza RRC A 305! the condo is nicely updated, super clean and comfortable, despite being close to the railroad tracks the condo is so cozy and very well insulated that we didn't hear any noises at night. The condo is completely loaded with everything you need even toiletries 🙂 Is located right in front of the river, with Texas Tubes right next door and a wonderful swimming pool with a hot tub, we could not have asked for a better stay! Is definetely worth your bucks! I highly recommend it!
