Fully equipped and then some including a Keurig 12 cup & K cup combo coffee maker. Owners have provided a child's highchair and Pac N Pay for convenience. Large dining room table seats 8 and there is a bench and 3 additional bar stools at the kitchen island/ breakfast bar. The living room has a sofa, a love seat with ottoman and a futon sleeps 2. This home has streaming TV and WiFi that was updated March of 2024 and is much stronger now! Cell Phone Service is very spotty in this area. No refunds/cancellations for outages.

NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING! Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay. This home has a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 5-6 vehicles at this property.
The house is conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown New Braunfels, historic Gruene and Schlitterbahn water park. Shopping is just 20 minutes away at the outlet Malls of San Marcos. Nearby attractions in San Antonio include the Alamo, Fiesta Texas, and the famous San Antonio River Walk, just 30 minutes away. You are also a short 45 minute drive from the state capital of Austin, and all it has to offer. In New Braunfels, you will never run out of things to do!
This cabin is one of the 8 Moo Cow Cabins. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home may be monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
