It has a King in the Master bedroom, Queen in the second bedroom, Queen bed in the 3rd bedroom, and a Queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room! The master has a private bathroom, and the guest bathroom is in the hallway conveniently located right across from the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. You'll feel right at home in the cozy living room and gorgeous kitchen equipped with all your appliances and utensils! Spend lazy afternoons enjoying your peek-a-boo view of the Guadalupe River from the balcony.
There is a tube rental company called Rockin' R only 1/4 miles away. Don't miss out on all the wonderful things Gruene has to offer within walking distance of the condo! Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay and enjoy the river views from your private balcony! The only thing missing is you!
The host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking spaces. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoors of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
