Chateau Relaxeau is a beautifully decorated 2/2 condo that sleeps 6 at Waterwheel Condominiums overlooking the rolling green grass, huge shade trees and the riverside pool along the beautiful Guadalupe River near the convergence of the Guadalupe and Comal rivers. Step off the elevator to this third floor condo that offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest room has a queen. The spacious living room has a large flat screen TV that is equipped with cable as well as a brand new sofa sleeper. High quality linens are provided for all beds and baths. The brand new dining table has seating four, and four additional seats are at the breakfast bar. This condo comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. This complex also offers 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, charcoal grills and lush, rolling green space for that resort, get-away feel. Relax on the patio with a glass of wine and let your cares float away!

Rockin' R River Rides is only .7 miles away. You can float down the Guadalupe River and get out right by this condo. Walking distance to the famed Schlitterbahn Water Park and less than 1 mile from downtown New Braunfels. Visit historic Gruene, less than 3 miles away. 2 vehicles are allowed. This condo is on the third floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. You will receive 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!
To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

Great stay for the new year!

This place was awesome! The condo is tastefully furnished. The beds are extremely comfortable and everything was so clean. I would suggest clothes hangers in the closet. But everything else we needed for an incredible stay was there. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

Great escape

This is a beautiful place; very well maintained.The place was perfect! Everything you need is right there. With the tube rentals closed we brought our own and used the condo river entrance to float! The pools and hot tubs were a little full at night but there are two to choose from. We will definitely be back!

Relaxeau

Great experience, well maintained,fairly well equipped, comfortable beds. Management responds well to any needs or requests.
Could use some updates on pans. Also would be nice to have a regular height table that seats six people for occasional family dinners.

Relaxeau was just that.

Chateau Relaxeau was very nice. Nicely equipped property. New Braunfels Escapes promptly addressed all of our needs and requests. The beds were comfortable and linens were adequate. Only problem was having elevator not working for almost a month.

Family Getaway

Our condo was clean and the perfect size. We enjoyed the pools, hot tubs and floating the river. We visited during the week so it wasn't crowded at all. This was our first time renting a condo so we weren't sure what to expect. We had everything we needed. If you have kids or pets they have a big grass area where they can run and play. We brought our own tubes so our teenagers played in the river often. We drove a mile to river acres and floated from there back to the condo, it took about an hour or so as the current wasn't strong. We saw a lot of turtles during our float. You'll see a lot deer around the property. All in all it was a peaceful and relaxing vacation. We will be going back.

Great little getaway

The only complaint I had was having to carry everything to the 3rd floor! Honestly, it was a great lil getaway, the property is beautiful, the condo was well kept. It really felt like we were on a vacation, even though we were just a few hours from home.

Great Place!

The condo was great. Looks exactly like the pictures. Right on the river and overlooks the pool. The one thing that I want to comment about is the kitchen. We've stayed in alot of condos and you never know what the kitchen will have. This one had everything! It was great, plenty of pots, glasses, utensils and even bakeware. We had a great time and liked the fact that the property had security walking around to ensure that only paid guest were using the facilities.

Fabulous River View and Location

Lovely condominium providing all we needed, plus a beautiful view of the Guadalupe River. Jump right in or tube to the condo and jump off. Great location for walking to Schlitterbahn, tubing, great restaurants and so much more. The neighbors were so warm and friendly. The beds were delightfully snuggly IMPORTANT to my family! The furnishing were very homey with a New Orleans flare. We loved it! I can not say enough great things about our river vacation stay. Management was overly accommodating and always available. The condo is a 13 minute drive to famous Greune Hall and the wonderful Gristmill Restaurant! Walk everywhere, but don't miss all that Greune has to offer, as well. We will DEFINITELY be back many, many times!!!

WE ABSOLUTELY NEEDED A GETAWAY AND THIS WAS JUST WHAT THE DR. ORDERED, THE RESORT WAS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED, EXCEPT BETTER!!! I WAS A LITTLE SKEPTICAL ABOUT THE ARRANGEMENTS, IT JUST SEEMED A LITTLE TOO WAS EASIER THAN EXPECTED! THE PROPERTY WAS SUPER CLEAN, THE VIEW WAS PERFECT, THE RIVER WAS BEAUTIFUL! WE DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE. CHATEAU RELAXEAU...SEE YA NEXT YEAR!!!
